Playing Tabletop Roleplaying Games Alone
Welcome to the SoloRPG community!
Some people prefer to play their tabletop roleplaying games alone, to avoid the drama and scheduling issues of traditional group games, while others play solo because they’re unable to find a group to play with.
Whatever your case may be, you’re more than welcome here to discuss your experiences as well as ask any questions that you might have.
For an introduction to this style of play, read Why play roleplaying games alone.

Rules
-
This is an English-language community. Comments should be in English. Posts can link to non-English news sources when providing a full-text translation in the post description. Automated translations are fine, as long as they don’t overly distort the content.
-
Credit must be given to the artist. Give the title of the artwork and year if possible.
-
No links to misinformation, commercial advertising, or A.I. Generated content.
-
Be kind to each other, and argue in good faith. Don’t post direct insults nor disrespectful and condescending comments. Don’t troll nor incite hatred.
-
No bigotry, sexism, racism, antisemitism, islamophobia, dehumanization of minorities, et cetera. Strive to post insightful comments. Add “/s” when you’re being sarcastic (and don’t use it to break rule no. 4).
-
Don’t evade bans. If we notice ban evasion, that will result in a permanent ban for all the accounts we can associate with you.

Welcome to /c/democratic_socialism.
Democratic socialists believe that our economy and society should be run democratically—to meet public needs, not to make profits for a few. To achieve a more just society, many structures of our government and economy must be radically transformed through greater economic and social democracy so that ordinary people can participate in the many decisions that affect our lives.

Streaming Food
Streaming Food
SFW/SFL, Links to videos of people preparing or teaching you to prepare food. Carte blanche posts from famous streaming chefs including but not limited to ATTK, BCU, Little old ladies showing you how to make authentic dishes, Famous Chefs, Infamous Chefs, maybe some links to news about shows/movies like The Bear and The Menu.
Be Respectful: Treat others with respect and courtesy. No personal attacks, insults, or offensive language. Keep discussions civil and constructive.
Obviously every other link here is a food trigger, but let's try to avoid other triggering content as much as possible. Please tag any likely triggers (e.g. violence, flashing, depression) so that people might know what they're getting themselves into.
Avoid excessive self-promotion or spamming the community with advertisements.
I'm not against an occasional NSFW for language but it must be clearly tagged.
I am not officially affiliated with any of these chefs or their content.

Lemmy reports more active users than there really are, so “active this month” on Lemmy forums is an upper estimate. More
